EXHIBITING AT AIRECON

Exhibiting at AireCon is a great opportunity to get your game or products in front of thousands of people. AireCon is held at the Harrogate Convention Centre, with a dedicated exhibitor hall (Hall M). The main entrance for the con will lead into this hall, and access to the rest of the convention will be through the exhibitor hall, so we expect good through traffic. Attendance figures at our last event were 11k footfall (4.9k unique) and with our growth expectations we’re projecting around 12,000 footfall (5,000 unique) in 2026 as we are purposefully limiting the expansion of the space to foster the incredible AireCon community.

We expect to sell out of exhibitor space (as we did at our previous event) so booking early is recommended. Space is sold by the square metre (4sqm minimum), for stands with a corner (corner, peninsula or island) there is an extra charge per corner.

You can bring your own furniture or we can provide it at good rates, power, shell schemes, hanging signage and WiFi can be added too. If you are just wishing to show off a game in development, a demo table or a spot in the Playtest Zone may be more appropriate.
